First, a driver must be created, which in turn can be assigned to a vehicle.

You can create a new driver in the driver settings under „Add driver“.

You can add a photo of the driver, first and last name, e-mail address, cell phone number, language and driver’s license classes. Each driver you create will receive a unique identification number (ID).

You can now set the driver to active and inactive – depending on whether he is available or not.

In the near future, additional qualifications, such as the ADR certificate, will be available to enable you to work even faster.

You can also save your newly entered cargo under outstanding cargoes and thus save it for later.

Whenever you enter a freight, you have the possibility to save the route. To do so, you only have to click on the button Recurring Route and the route will be saved for later entries. If you want to reuse the route you will find your already saved routes under Routes. You can also view, name and adjust them in the settings.

Under „Track“ you can see all your vehicles on the Live-Map, as well as their status. Via ONE-CLICK you can immediately contact your vehicles and therefore your drivers via chat or phone.
